Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc - A New Technology Handset for Modern People

The Xperia Arc is a recently introduced a mobile phone from Sony Ericsson, which is going to turn the fortunes of the company upside down. Sony Ericsson has been extinct in the field of making successful high-end smartphones for some time now, but it is going to be back in business once again as following the launch of the Xperia Arc. This phone is expected to do the fortunes of the company a major favour as it is offered with some of the brilliant features yet to be seen on any phone.

It will not take long time to realise that the feature so far in the phone will be the Bravia Mobile technology, which has been embedded into the 4.2 inch screen. It is a technology that is going to provide a proper rival for the retina display technology, which has been ruling the roost in this segment ever since being introduced in 2010 in the Apple iPhone 4. While the resolution is a major selling point of the retina display technology, it is going to be the overall picture that will be the main difference of the Bravia Mobile technology. It has already been seen in the Sony television sets, which only improves the selling point of the phone further.

The Xperia Arc is going to offer limited amounts of memory only internally, but that does not mean to say that the phone will not be offering memory capabilities at all. The 320 MB internal memory is going to be supremely supplemented by the presence of expandable memory options, while there is even the 8 GB complimentary memory card. This can be removed in favour of the 32 GB memory card, which is the upper limit of the support provided for the memory cards by the phone. This Xperia Arc will also have an eight megapixel camera, which was once again proved that Sony Ericsson makes the best cameras for mobile phones. It is capable of upsetting the title of the best camera phone, which is being held by the Nokia N8, despite the fact that the Nokia phone has a 12 megapixel unit.

The eight megapixel unit is going to be happily supported by a lot of features, which will primarily include the 720 p HD video recording, continuous autofocus, video light and others. They will make the Xperia Arc extremely good in terms of the capturing of images, which is often expected from a high-end smartphone. Especially displaying the flagship model of the company for years to come, it is of paramount importance that the phone came with the brilliant camera, which is exactly what has been achieved with this eight megapixel unit. The Xperia Arc will offer barcode scanner, HDMI port, digital compass, music recognition and Adobe Flash player 10.2 support. All these features have made the Xperia Arc truly worthy of the title of being the flagship model of Sony Ericsson. This phone is available for around £ 40 per month on contract options.
